Virtual Web Assistant

There are a lot of perks to owning your own business.

- You get to decide where you’ll work.

- You get to decide the direction your business takes.

- You get to decide the hours you want to work.

- You get to take advantage of many tax deductions.

Those are all GREAT perks to owning your own business – however….

Maintaining and updating your websites and other web tasks are usually NOT listed amongst the perks!

Do you need a virtual web assistant?

  • Do you feel like your web site isn’t doing all it can for your business?
  • Is your website full of outdated information?
  • Are you disappointed with the number of visitors who come to your website?
  • Have you heard how great blogs are – but don’t know if you have the time – or expertise – to put one to work for you.

I’ve worked extensively over the past five years providing web support services to entrepreneurs and small business owners.

  1. For all new/first projects a 50% deposit will be required via Paypal.
  2. I require that clients sign a contract before I begin work; it simply states that we have agreed on an hourly rate and billing cycle. I am working as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee and ensures that your information remains confidential.
  3. Estimates will be made based on prior experience with similar projects. All estimations are just that -ESTIMATES-and you will be charged for the actual time spent on the project. ( I will keep you informed on the time being spent as the project is being done.)
  4. Rates are subject to change. Written notice will be provided to existing clients.
  5. Invoices are submitted via Paypal. Past due accounts are subject to late fees and work stoppage.
  6. Hours are billed in 30 minute increments.
  7. There is a 50 % surcharge on rush projects. (Any project with less than 3 business days notice)
  8. After the initial consultation all phone conversations are billable time. However e-mails for work requests, questions and other email conversations will NOT be included in billable time.
  9. Expenses are added to the hourly rate on your invoice. Expenses are items such as purchases made on your behalf, long distance charges incurred on your behalf, advanced programing,  postal and express shipping costs, etc.

I do not require that clients sign for a minimum amount of hours per month.  However I do offer discounts if you purchase monthly “blocks” of time in advance.

  • You can purchase a 10 hour “block” for the next month for $300.  Any additional hours are then billed at $30 an hour. Click on the button to purchase a 10 hour block of time for next month.

  • You can purchase 10 hour monthly “blocks” of time in bulk for a six month subscription (six months = 10 hours each month) for $250 a month.  Any additional hours are billed at $25 an hour.  Click on the button to purchase a six month subscription for $250 a month for next month.

If you would like a free consultation contact me.  I look forward to helping you achieve your professional goals.
